Shipping Options: We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard US shipping: 6 to 8 business days
Handling time: 1 to 2 business days.
Order cut-off time: 12 PM PST
Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address. You can view your shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carrier: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping option you select and your shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@peachmango.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
