What is your Return & Exchange and Refund Policy?


  • We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are handled on case by case basis. In general, refund is processed if an item is sent in error or arrived in a non-satisfactory condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Jewelry and Sunglasses under $25 are returnable but not exchangeable.
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable. A 20% handling/re-stocking fee may be applied.
